The Christmas Lottery jackpot is coming to NAILS&FRIENDS! We're giving away a fantastic CND makeup bag with 2 Vinylux 9-free vegan nail polishes, 1 SOLAR OIL cuticle oil (15 ml), 1 RESCUER keratin repair cream (15 ml), and 1 SCENTSATIONS Lemon and Green Tea hand cream. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Organizer This giveaway is organized by WANI S.A., located at Muntaner 260, 08021 Barcelona, Spain, with tax identification number A58986191 (hereinafter, "the Organizer"). 2. Scope of the Giveaway The giveaway will be conducted through the official Instagram profile @nails.and.friends and is open to participants residing in Spain. 3. Participation Dates The participation period will begin on December 12, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will end on December 18, 2025 at midnight. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. 4. Participation Requirements To participate, users must: Follow the account @nails.and.friends. Like the giveaway post and the photo. Tag a friend in the comments along with the hashtag #nailsandfriends. Only participants over 18 years of age will be accepted. 5. Prize The prize will consist of: 1 CND TRAVEL BAG containing 2 Vilyllux nail polishes, 1 Rescuer, 1 Solar Oil, and 1 SCENTSATIONS cream. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. The winner (or their designated representative) must collect the prize at the NAILS&FRIENDS salon at Muntaner 260 in Barcelona. If the winner cannot collect the prize in person, it can be shipped to their address, but the shipping costs will be their responsibility. 6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected randomly using the APPSORTEOS app on December 19, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Two alternates will also be selected in case the winner does not respond. 7. Notification of the Results The winner will be announced in Stories/Posts and contacted via direct message from the official @nails.and.friends account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up. 8. Data Protection The personal data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with current data protection regulations. The winner authorizes the Organizer to mention their Instagram username to announce the results. 9. Liability Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway. The Organizer is not responsible for: Inability to contact the winner due to errors in their account. Technical problems or force majeure events that prevent the giveaway from taking place. 10.
